These Delivery and Payment Terms outline the procedures, costs, and conditions related to the delivery of products and payment for orders placed on the faopack.com website, operated by FAOpack s. r. o. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these terms.


1. Delivery Information

1.1. Shipping Regions: We currently deliver products to Slovak Republic and other EU member states. Please note that delivery availability may vary based on the specific product and your location.

1.2. Shipping Methods and Costs: * We offer various shipping methods, which may include standard, express, or other specialized delivery options. * Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of your order. * The exact shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your order. * We may offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain value, as indicated on the Website.

1.3. Delivery Times: * Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout and are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. * Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to factors such as product availability, shipping destination, customs clearance (for international shipments), unforeseen logistical delays, or public holidays. * We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days following successful payment processing.

1.4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

1.5. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

1.6. Receipt of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any signs of damage before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, you should either refuse the delivery or sign for it as “damaged” and report the issue to our customer service immediately (see Section 1.7).
