1. Delivery Information
1.1. Shipping Regions: We currently deliver products to Slovak Republic and other EU member states. Please note that delivery availability may vary based on the specific product and your location.

Delivery Times: * Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout and are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. * Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to factors such as product availability, shipping destination, customs clearance (for international shipments), unforeseen logistical delays, or public holidays. * We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days following successful payment processing.
1.4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
1.5. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
1.6. Receipt of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any signs of damage before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, you should either refuse the delivery or sign for it as “damaged” and report the issue to our customer service immediately (see Section 1.7).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipments): * For deliveries outside the Slovak Republic (and specifically outside the EU where applicable), your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. * These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. * FAOpack s. r. o. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 3. Pricing and Taxes
3.1. Pricing: All prices are as listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
3.2. Value Added Tax (VAT): Prices displayed on the Website include VAT. If VAT is not included, it will be added to your order total at checkout, based on the applicable rates in the Slovak Republic or the destination country as required by law.
