11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Slovakia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of FAOpack s. r. o. to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
